For 12+ years I've built design from the ground up: at startups, venture builders, and inside Brazil's biggest banks. I was the founding designer at Caju, a design leader inside Itaú's venture builder, and led a full brand overhaul at Petz. Today I'm on the founding team at Magie, Brazil's first AI-powered bank on WhatsApp, leading design across the whole product surface: conversational AI, payments, Open Finance, and the go-to-market and prototypes that put it in front of enterprise clients.

The thread isn't a title. It's that I build the thing, not a deck about the thing. I've shipped an iOS app and AI agents on my own, paired with engineers in the code instead of waiting on a roadmap, and worked across brand, product, and strategy because the seams between them are where most products break.

Which is also why I care about craft the way I do. AI leveled execution - anyone can ship a prototype in ten minutes — so what's left is judgment: knowing what's worth building, and the care to make it right. I don't treat taste as a private gift.
